This is a physical product that will be shipped to you! We DO NOT sell the digital image.
For Sublimation Prints- These transfers can be done on poly/cotton blend shirts as well as 100% polyester material (preferably white or light grey and also bleached shirts). These cannot be pressed onto any color shirt or fabric. Sublimation prints are geared specifically for a higher polyester count fabric or bleached shirts. (Note** If you are not familiar with pressing or using sublimation prints, please message us. We are not responsible for transfers that were pressed incorrectly).
**Instructions for Sublimation Prints- Heat press to 365-375 degrees. Place sublimation print onto shirt. Ensure you use kraft paper or butcher paper in between the shirt to make sure the ink does not transfer through to the back. Cover the transfer with butcher paper or kraft paper and press for 60 seconds.

Processing time is approximately 7 business days for your items to be shipped. This is dependent upon weather for bleached shirts.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.
RETURNS
Once an item has been purchased, no refunds or cancellations will be issues even if the items have not been shipped. All of our items are made to order so our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. If there is a defect with your item, you must email Sweet and Salty within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered) or defect becomes wear and tear and wrong item delivered becomes yours to keep.
Please keep in mind clothing colors and designs may have a slightly different color than what is pictured due to lighting. Each item is handmade so each item may differ slightly.
